The booking was for a recall on a drivers airbag and so there was no charge to me. The work was done promptly and staff were friendly.

oil filter wasn't ordered for my service which is poor in itself but Ankit made sure I wasn't inconvenienced. provided me with a suitable courtesy car so that I could leave my car there and return the following day. Great communications throughout

It's mixed I am afraid Lee Crotty as customer service was terrific 10/10 however I got my car back after extensive works only for the engine management light to still show plus another light on the dashboard indicating that the time and date change

I had my S2 service done on 10 October. On 18 October, 1 week later, the car flash up notice that 1). Service transmisson oil required 2). Drivetrain check soon I assume these items are covered in the S2 service?

Did exactly what was requested, although I booked in via the web for a safety recall at 14.00 while I wait, but there was no choice for a recall on the website, I was then told to bring it in at 8am as it would all day, but took 4hrs !!

I was very happy with the service experience at Group 1 Watford. Everything was made less stressful by the Service Manager Lisa Frogell-Mason and Service Advisor Lee Crotty. They both understood how important my car is to me and cared accordingly.

Lee Crotty was extremely helpful. The only thing I would say that the branch needs permission from council to valet cars. When spending over £500 I would have expected my car to be valeted.
